In-Person Training - Tely 10
Join the QV Tely 10 running team and train with us for 10 weeks. This program is designed for all levels! Whether this is your first time running or you're a seasoned runner, as a group we will work together to make it to that finish line!
What to expect in your 10-week training program:
- 3 weekly programmed runs
- 2 Group Runs: Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 am
- Weekend long run (on your own time)
- Supplementary run-specific strength training, stretching and mobility for injury prevention

Meet your coach, Nicole Hollohan! Having completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology, she loves coaching running clinics and teaching group fitness to help people feel confident moving their bodies. From MUN cross-country to competing in road or trail races, she's no stranger to the St. John's running scene. Her holistic approach to running is inclusive and silly "If you've ever gone for a run, that makes you a runner". When not doing running-related things, you can find Nicole thrifting bright 80's clothing, hitting the trails in the RDF with her dog Teddy or chowing down on a perfectly BBQ'd hot dog.
